We’re Bel & Selina, fashion insiders turned podcast partners.
What started as endless conversations between two friends working in the industry has become The Fashion Suite Podcast: a space where we pull back the curtain on fashion’s most fascinating layers.
From the business of fashion to the craft behind it. We explore everything that happens behind the scenes: from fashion weeks and photography to branding, jewelry, styling, and sustainability.
Through interviews, reflections, and real talk, we uncover the stories, challenges, and people shaping the future of fashion.Whether you’re in the industry or just curious about what really goes on beyond the runway, welcome to the suite.
Hey there! I’m Bel. Fashion has been the soundtrack of my life for as long as I can remember. From flipping through magazines in my hometown in Buenos Aires to sitting front row at fashion weeks, it’s always been my way of seeing and expressing the world.
My journey has taken me from Argentina to Austria, where I spent four years building my career in fashion content and marketing, and now to Switzerland, where I keep exploring the industry from a fresh perspective. Along the way, I’ve worked with brands across Europe, the Middle East, LATAM, and the U.S., represented them at international trade shows, and created campaigns that connect stories, style, and people.
Sustainability has been at the heart of my work for years. Not as a trend, but as a conscious choice to value quality, craftsmanship, and longevity. Through The Fashion Suite Podcast, I bring that same mindset to every conversation, exploring how fashion shapes our identities and how we can make it more intentional without losing the joy and creativity that makes it magical.
Whether I’m interviewing a designer backstage, discussing seasonal trends, or sharing the behind-the-scenes of my own fashion journey, I’m here to inspire you to see fashion as more than clothes: it’s culture, it’s connection, and it’s personal.
My name is Selina Simone, and fashion has been a part of my life since childhood. I now lead the fashion business my mother founded, continuing her legacy with passion. At eight years old, I received my first sewing machine and created my first dress, which sparked my deep love for fashion. Growing up around fabrics and design, I knew early on that fashion was more than a hobby—it was my path.
After graduating from fashion school, I worked for two summers with a designer in Italy, gaining valuable experience and refining my skills. This exposure helped me understand the importance of quality and craftsmanship, shaping my view of fashion as more than just trends but as a meaningful art form.
Fashion is my passion, and I approach it with both creativity and critical thinking. I love helping people appreciate the quality and materials behind their clothes. For me, fashion is about self-expression and guiding others to find pieces that truly reflect their individuality.
Here’s a little about our community:
We’re proud to say our audience is made up of 79% women (and some great guys too – hi, 21%).
Most of our listeners tune in from Spotify and Apple Podcasts, but YouTube is growing fast.
You’ll find our audience all over the world, with top countries including Austria, the US, Argentina, Spain and Switzerland.
And while our podcast is in English, we’ve built a strong connection with the DACH region. Thanks to Selina’s Austrian roots and Bel’s time living in Vienna before moving to Switzerland. (Also, she’s originally from Argentina, so it’s safe to say this is a global girl-powered space.)
